Question 1

How long does it take to get my order?

Accepted Answer

Most orders are delivered within 8–12 business days after you approve the design. If you have a hard deadline, mention it and we'll tell you upfront if there should be any changes made.

Question 2

Do I need to have my own design or print-ready files?

Accepted Answer

No. Our in-house design team creates your artwork and dieline with you at no cost. If you already have files, we'll check and prep them for print.

Question 3

What's the minimum order quantity?

Accepted Answer

We keep minimums low and flexible for every product so you can order what you actually need. Exact minimums vary by box type. Tell us about your product, and we'll confirm it in your quote.

Question 4

Will I see my packaging before it's printed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every order gets a free 3D mock-up, and nothing goes to print until you've approved it. Changes at this stage are free. You can also request a physical sample to see and feel your packaging before bulk production.

Question 5

Are there any hidden charges like die, plate, or shipping fees?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no die or plate charges, and shipping is free to all US states. The price on your quote is the price you pay.

Question 6

What types of packaging do you make?

Accepted Answer

Over 20 box styles plus mylar bags and tubes, including mailer boxes, rigid boxes, tuck-top boxes, and child-resistant packaging. If you don't see your style in the catalog, contact us; we can make it.
